How do I place a custom order?
Select the item that you are wanting custom made in the custom order catagory. Once the order is placed, I will email you to get the specifics of what you are wanting. Feel free to email me any questions at onceuponadreamaccessories@gmail.com
Please allow 5-7 days for your custom item to be made and shipped.
How do I indicate I would like to pickup my order instead of having it shipped?
If you are local to the 63701 zip code and would like to pick your order up, please email me at onceuponadreamaccessories@gmail.com I would be happy to make arrangements to have your order ready for pick up or possibly delivery. Please indicate which items you would like in your email. I will then invoice you using paypal or you can choose to pay cash on delivery.
How are pillowcase dresses sized?
These dresses are sized by their lengths:
6 - 12months: 18 inches,
18 months: 19 inches
2T: 21 inches,
3T: 24 inches,
4T: 26 inches,
5/6: 28 inches, and
7/8: 31 inches.
Other sizes can be custom made based on the length that you desire. To measure your child, you should measure from the shoulder down to the point that you want the dress to stop.
What is a partially lined alligator clip?
An alligator clip in which the top and spring side is lined with coordinating ribbon. This gives a little extra grip and holds on to fine hair. By leaving one end exposed, you are able to slide under hair easliy.
How soon will my order ship?
All items are shipped within 48 hours (excluding custom pillowcase dresses) via the US Postal Service. Currently only shipping in the US.
Are gift certificates available?
Yes! Please email onceuponadreamaccessories@gmail.com if you are interested. Gift Certificates make perfect gifts for a new baby girl.
How are shipping prices determined?
Flat Rate shipping is $5.00. All items shipped USPS Priority Mail. All items are shipped within 48 hours of when orders are placed.
